Anderson Esiti was shown a straight red card in Gent&rsquo;s 3-2 loss to <span>Anderlecht in a Belgian First Division match held at the </span>Ghelamco Arena on Thursday night. <br /><br />Gent were reduced to ten men after the defensive midfielder was sent off for a tackle on Bram Nuytinck, though replays suggested that referee Lambrechts was conned by the Dutch defender into dismissing the Nigeria international. <br /><br />Known for his physicality, Esiti last took the walk of shame in a league match back in February 2015 while defending the colours of Estoril versus Benfica, prior to today&rsquo;s meeting. <br /><br />Lukasz Teodorczyk (2) and Alexandru Chipciu registered their names on the scoresheet for <span>Anderlecht, while </span><br /><span class="hidden-xxs" data-type="full">Danijel</span> Milicevic<span class="inc inc-hom goal" data-type="home-icon"> bagged a brace for the home team. <br /><br />Super Eagles winger Moses Simon was the other Nigerian player on parade at </span>Ghelamco Arena.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br /><br />Photo Credit : kaagent.be<br />
