Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has been in scintillating form since the start of the season and was recently rewarded with a recall to the England senior team after two years.
Arsenal icon Robin van Persie has praised the Blues number nine for his brilliant form after missing a penalty against Liverpool in the UEFA Super Cup.
The former Netherlands star mentioned that Abraham has two key attributes required to be a successful striker and spoke about the structure of the Chelsea team under manager Frank Lampard.
Speaking ahead of the game which is live on Sky Sports, van Persie said : ''In the Super Cup he (Abraham) missed a penalty which was a tough moment when you are a bit young.
''You could always see that he is fast, he is technical so he has a bright future ahead of him.
''Michael said it as well. What I like now about Chelsea, if I am really honest Chelsea is not really likeable, in the past buying the big stars, playing them, sometime winning a little bit dirty and it wasn't really fun to watch.
''Now I like to watch them because they are young, there's a nice mixture of stars and young talents, so it is now more fun to watch them''.
Abraham has been named in Chelsea's starting XI in the ongoing game against Southampton at the St. Mary's Stadium.
