A plethora of clubs in Europe are keen on landing the signature of Portland Timbers star Fanendo Adi in the January transfer window. <br /><br />Danish newspaper <a href="http://www.bt.dk/superligaen/moelby-mister-nigeriansk-angriber" target="_self">BT Sporten </a>has reported on its online edition that Celtic, Rubin Kazan, Cardiff City, Werder Bremen and Sporting Lisbon have registered their interest in Fanendo Adi.<br /><br />The most concrete interest so far has come from Russian side Rubin Kazan, whose bid of $2m was turned down by the Timbers.<br /><br />It is believed that the American champions will be forced to sell the Nigerian if an interested club agree to pay a minimum of $3.5m asking price to sign him.<br /><br />Chinese club Shanghai SIPG have also been credited with an interest for Adi, who is tied to Portland Timbers until 2017.<br /><br />
