Clubs in the Championship and the German Bundesliga are interested in signing Arsenal striker of Nigerian descent Folarin Balogun on loan in the summer transfer window, according to Sky Sports Transfer Center.
Balogun is currently on the club's preseason tour of the United States and manager Mikel Arteta will decide if his development is best served by staying at Arsenal next season or going on loan again.
The Hale End Academy graduate spent the second half of last season on loan at second tier club Middlesbrough and didn't do badly during his spell at the Riverside Stadium with a goal involvement of six in twenty one outings across all competitions.
Balogun is expected to be embark on his second loan spell after Arsenal's return from the United States.
The England U21 international was not given minutes in Arsenal's 2-0 win over Everton at the weekend - a writing on the wall that he is not in the plans of Arteta for the forthcoming season.
Gabriel Jesus' arrival at the Emirates Stadium and the return of Reiss Nelson from a season-long loan spell at Feyenoord has pushed Balogun further down the pecking order of offensive players at the Gunners.
The Anglo-American-Nigerian attacker has three years left on his contract with Arsenal.
