CSKA Moscow Attacker Aaron Samuel Laughs Off Pre-match Boasts From Egypt Coach
CSKA Moscow frontman Aaron Samuel has laughed off the declarations of Egypt assistant coach, Mahmoud Fayez, who had boasted that the Super Eagles will fail to score in Kaduna next Friday in the African Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The Guangzhou R&F loanee is confident that the national team will defeat their opponents from North Africa and score goals aplenty to reduce the goal difference between the two countries.

“There is nothing to fret about. I have heard what the Egyptians are saying, that we would not be able to score in Kaduna,” Samuel told thenff.com.

“That is mere wishful thinking on their part. They are trying to play a psychological game. The goals will surely flow from our boots into their net.

“Our objective would be to be precise, to convert the chances that we create. We will win and win well.”

The 21-year-old Aaron Samuel has two goals to his name for the Super Eagles, which came in the 2015 AFCON qualifiers against Sudan and Congo.

Igho Kingsely
