For the first time in pre-season, ex-Golden Eaglets trainee Ovie Ejaria was not in the Liverpool squad as the Anfield side tackled AC Milan in the International Champions Cup at the Levi&rsquo;s Stadium (Santa Clara, California) on Sunday morning.<br /><br />The young midfielder was given a run out against Tranmere Rovers, Fleetwood Town, Wigan Athletic, Huddersfield Town and Chelsea, and helped the Reds record four wins in the process.<br /><br />England U19 international Sheyi Ojo was named amongst the substitutes, before entering into the fray in the 62nd minute.<br /><br />On 59 minutes, Origi gave Liverpool the lead before another substitute Firmino made it 2-0 with seventeen minutes remaining when he scored off a deflected shot from Ojo.<br /><br />The Brazilian would have grabbed his second goal and Liverpool&rsquo;s third minutes later, but was denied by Gabriel after the Milan defense failed to clear another Ojo center. <br /><br />Next up for Liverpool is their final match of the USA tour on Tuesday at the Busch Stadium (St. Louis, Missouri) against AS Roma.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br /><br />Photo Credit : liverpoolfc.com <br />
