Ondo State Football Association under the leadership of Otunba Dele Ajayi has thumbed-up the clergy, Prophet Mamukuyomi Ilerioluwa who is financing a national tournament tagged Ilerioluwa national U-16 boys and girls which kicked-off in Ore, Ondo State on Sunday.<br /><br />The Ondo FA boss while declaring the event open gave kudos to the organiser of the tourney, A Square Sports International for encouraging a good collaboration with Ondo Football Agency to develop grassroots soccer in the state.<br /><br />Also speaking at the opening the Shepherd-in-charge of Celestial Church of Christ, Ilerioluwa Parish Ore said apart from the opportunity of evangelizing through the tourney, he&rsquo;s also glad to associate with Ondo Football Agency led by Mr. Akin Akinbobola considering the pace of grassroots football development in the State<br /><br />The Chairman planning committee for the tourney, Evang. Olanrewaju Isaac has also allayed every fear associated with accommodation, transportation and other logistics in ensuring a successful hosting of the participants that would be coming from all states of the federation.<br /><br />Delegations of Ondo State Football Agency has assured of their presence throughout the tourney according to the organizer in order to monitor and scout for talent that would be useful for the state in up-coming event such as National Sports festival.
