Speaking at a gathering, Nigeria international Joel Obi has been encouraging the players representing the youth team of Inter Milan, pointing out that he was promoted to the main squad after distinguishing himself.<br /><br />The ex NEPA Lagos youth - teamer spent five years playing for Inter Milan&rsquo;s academy teams before he broke into the first team at the age of 19. <br /><br />&ldquo;The boys I can say never give up and are always hungry.
