Layton Ndukwu Scores, Assists, Hits Crossbar As Leicester City Embarrass Derby In PL2
A second half goal from England youth international of Nigerian descent Layton Ndukwu assisted Leicester City Development squad register a 5-0 win over Derby County in Premier League 2 on Friday.<br /><br />The winger provided the assist for the third goal scored by Kapustka, before registering his name on the scoresheet in the 74th minute to make it 4-0, few minutes after he had hit the crossbar with a shot from 25 yards. <br /><br />Layton Ndukwu scored a beautiful goal after he was played in by Harvey Barnes, his third strike for the Foxes youth team in all competitions this term.<br /><br />Leicester City opened scoring in the 11th minute after Rawson put the ball into his own net, and Barnes bagged a brace in the second half. <br /><br />Next up for Leicester City U23s is a trip to London where they face Arsenal.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br /><br />Photo Credit : lcfc.com<br />
