Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Premier League champions Manchester City are in pole position to sign Nigerian wonderkid Samuel Edozie in the summer transfer window.
Chelsea have also shown an interest in the Millwall winger but it is the Citizens who are nailed-on favourites to land his services.
Millwall have agreed to sell one of their most promising talents after Manchester City agreed a fee in the region of one million pounds with The Lions.
Edozie was initially valued at £600,000-£800,000 before the transfer fee changed to £1m because of interest from other high profile clubs.
The 16-year-old is represented by one of the most influential agencies in the world, Unique Sports Management, who also handles the affairs of England captain Harry Kane, Wilfred Zaha and Moses Odubajo.
Given his age, it is envisaged that Edozie will play for Manchester City's U18 team next season, if the deal goes through.
