Manager Hodgson Compares Dele Alli To England Legend Bryan Robson
England boss Roy Hodgson has compared Tottenham Hotspur<span class="body1">’s midfielder of Nigerian descent Dele Alli to Three Lions legend Bryan Robson despite his young age.<br /><br />Alli will make his fifth appearance for the senior team of England on Saturday night against Germany at the </span>Olympiastadion Berlin, with the manager revealing he has been named in the starting XI.<br /><br />“You mention Bryan Robson – that’s the player I would like to think he could become, but don’t forget we’re talking about a 19-year-old,” said Roy Hodgson. <br /><br />“It’s so dangerous these things because he’s at the start of his career and we hope it is going to be a very long one, both for Spurs and for England.<br /><br />“But we believe in him and we think he is good.
