<font size="3">Nigeria youth international Moses Simon notched his fifth goal of the season in the colours of Gent, as they defeated log leaders Club Brugge 2 - 1 in the Pro League on Sunday afternoon. <br /><br />The highly rated starlet gave Gent the lead in the 23rd minute before Ruud Vormer equalized on the hour mark for the visitors.<br /><br />Gent pressed for a winner and they got it in the 72nd minute when Timmy Simons scored an own goal to set up a tense finale.<br /><br />The GBS Academy product, dubbed the Nigerian Ronaldo, has averaged a goal per game in his last five matches in the topflight, with the highlight of his performance so far being the hat - trick he netted against Lokeren in the beginning of this month.<br /><br />Following the win, Gent occupy the second position, level on 48 points with Anderlecht, who play Racing Genk later today.</font><br /><span class="body1"></span>
