Nigeria international Dele Adeleye has penned a two - year deal with Kazakhstan Premier League side FC Aktobe, after shredding the agreement he had with OFI Crete.<br /><br />Speaking to the official website of the Kazakhstan powerhouse during his unveiling, the central defender has claimed that he was close to a move to Everton five years ago, only for Sparta Rotterdam to screw up the deal.<br /><br />&ldquo;Sparta, which I belonged,&nbsp;&nbsp; failed to reach an agreement with&nbsp; Everton.&nbsp; And so I was not averse to play in the English Premier League.&nbsp; <br /><br />&ldquo;Nevertheless, I&rsquo;m glad that I was able to interest Aktobe.&nbsp; In the next two years I will only think about this team.&nbsp; If you&rsquo;re lucky, maybe more,&rdquo; said Dele Adeleye. <br /><br />The Shooting Stars product is yet to make his official debut for Aktobe.<br /><span style=\"\" class=\"notranslate\"><br />Photo Credit : ofifc.gr</span><br />
