Nigeria Drop One Place In Year End Fifa Ranking
On Thursday morning, the official website of Fifa published the ranking of National Teams for the year ended 2014.<br /><br />Soon - to - be deposed African champions, the Super Eagles, fell one place in the global ranking compared to their position in November, meaning they are now in 43rd spot.<br /><br />In the continental ranking, Nigeria are the ninth best team in Africa behind the likes of Cape Verde Islands and Guinea.<br /><br />The top five countries in the world are Germany, Argentina, Colombia, Belgium and Holland in that order.<br /><br />The next ranking will be published by the official website of Fifa, fifa.com on 8th January, 2015.<br /><br /><u><b>Top Ten African Teams</b></u><br />1) Algeria<br />2) Tunisia<br />3) Ivory Coast<br />4) Senegal<br />5) Ghana<br />6) Guinea<br />7) Cape Verde Islands<br />8) Cameroon<br />9) Nigeria<br />10) Zambia<br />
