England U20 international of Nigerian ancestry Ademola Lookman says Charlton manager Karl Robinson played a key role behind his decision to join Everton ahead of his other suitors. <br /><br />The exciting winger was linked with possible moves to Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham and Southampton before he penned a four-and-a-half-year contract with the Toffees in the January transfer window. <br /><br />Speaking to Everton matchday programme, Lookman said : &ldquo;&ldquo;Karl spoke to me about Everton and gave me an insight into the club.. <br /><br />&ldquo;He told me that it was a very good club to go to and that they would develop me as a player and a person. <br /><br />&ldquo;Karl really did a lot for me in the short space of time I worked with him.
