Official : Nigerian Defender Joins Rotherham United On Two-Year Deal
EFL League One club Rotherham United have completed the signing of Nigerian defender Emmanuel Onariase.
The former West Ham youth-teamer put pen to paper on a two-year deal after a successful medical on Thursday.
Born in London, Onariase represented West Ham until 2016 and was on their bench for a Premier League clash against Arsenal two years ago.
After his stint at the Hammers came to an end, he played for Brentford and enjoyed a loan spell at Cheltenham Town during the second half of last season.
Onariase links up with Arsenal defender Semi Ajayi and Michael Ihiekwe at The Millers.
