Through a statement on their official website, Championship side Brighton &amp; Hove Albion have announced that they have strengthened their offensive ranks with the signing of Nigerian striker Chuba Akpom.<br /><br />Premier League club Arsenal have sanctioned Akpom&rsquo;s loan move to the Seagulls until the end of the 2016-2017 season.&nbsp; <br /><br />The 21-year-old previously played on loan at Hull City, Brentford, Coventry City and Nottingham Forest.<br /><br />He will begin training with his new teammates at Brighton on Tuesday morning, ahead of the trip to John Smith&rsquo;s Stadium, where they face Huddersfield in the Championship in two days time.<br /><br />The Hale End Academy product joins Chelsea loanee Fikayo Tomori, Canada international Sam Adekugbe and David Ajiboye at Brighton. <br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br /><br />Photo Credit : seagulls.co.uk<br />
