With a statement on the official webpage, MLS outfit San Jose Earthquakes have announced the capture of free agent Innocent Emeghara as their third Designated Player, subject to a successful visa application and receipt of his ITC.<br /><br />Per MLS and club policy, the financial terms and length of contract were not disclosed by The Quakes.<br /><br />&ldquo;It is always good to sign a forward who has the potential to run away from the defense, but who is also clever enough to join in the play,&rdquo; said Earthquakes head coach Dominic Kinnear to <i>sjearthquakes.com</i>.<br /><br />&ldquo;He is good signing for the league and our team.
