This is now official. Per a statement on the Stoke City website, the club has informed that it has reached an agreement with Cardiff City over the transfer of&nbsp; Peter Odemwingie.<br /><br />It is a straight swap, with Kenwyne Jones moving in the opposite direction.<br /><br />The transfer is subject to the Nigeria international passing his medical and agreeing personal plus financial terms.<br /><br />Probably this weekend, Odemwingie will be unveiled by the Potters.<br /><br />He previously defended the colors of West Brom in addition to his brief spell in Wales.<br /><br /><span style=\"\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.4em;\">Photo Credit: wba.co.uk</span></span><br /><br />
