Portland Timbers striker Fanendo Adi has been named to Major League Soccer&rsquo;s Team of the Week for the last round of matches.<br /><br />The Super Eagles invitee&rsquo;s brace against Real Slat Lake at Providence Park on Saturday ensured the Oregon-based outfit got a share of the spoils after going 2-0 down.<br /><br />During the contest, Fanendo Adi had five shots, scored two goals and created four chances.<br /><br />In a 3-4-3 formation, the 25-year-old was selected to lead the frontline alongside Charles Sapong(<span class="st">Philadelphia Union) and Will Bruin(</span><span class="st">Houston Dynamo), who both scored a pair of goals for their respective teams.<br /><br />Ahead of the Super Eagles clash with Egypt in three days time, Adi arrived the national team</span>&rsquo;s camp on Monday.<br /><br /><b>Ifeanyi Emmanuel</b><br />
