Rundown of how players of Nigerian descent fared in the English Premier League on Saturday.<br /><br />A goal from <b>Alex Iwobi</b> sent Arsenal to the summit of the table following a 3-1 win versus Stoke City at the Emirates. The Nigeria international came off the bench in the 69th minute, then netted his first goal in the top-flight this season six minutes later.<br /><br />England U21 international <b>Chuba Akpom</b> is still recovering from a back problem and wasn&rsquo;t considered for selection by Arsene Wenger. <br /><br /><b>Jordon Ibe</b> was an unused substitute as Bournemouth were beaten 3-2 by Burnley at Turf Moor. This is the first time the winger has not been involved in a Premier League match for the Cherries when fit.<br /><br />Injured <b>Moses Odubajo</b> missed Hull City&rsquo;s entertaining 3-3 draw with Crystal Palace at KCOM Stadium. The right fullback is not expected to return to action until April 2017.<br /><br /><b>Victor Anichebe</b> started and played the full game as Sunderland were thrashed 3-0 by Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium. Teammates <b>Joel Asoro</b> and <b>Josh Maja</b> were in action for the U23s on Friday and didn&rsquo;t make the 18-man squad.<br /><br />In the early kickoff, Italy international <b>Stefano Okaka</b> struck his first goals for Watford in their 3-2 victory over <b>Ross Barkley</b>&rsquo;s Everton. The Hornets number 33 scored in the 36th and 64th minute and was replaced with nine minutes remaining. <br /><br />While Barkley was introduced in the 64th minute, <b>Odion Ighalo</b> and <b>Isaac Success</b> were unused substitutes. <br /><br /><b>Kelechi Iheanacho s</b>tarts for Manchester City against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.
