South African-Born Winger Ubaezuonu Signs Pro Deal With Irish Champions

League of Ireland Premier Division champions Dundalk F.C. have signed Carlton Ubaezuonu to a new contract.<br /><br /><i>Midwest Radio 96.1FM</i> has reported that the deal is the 18-year-old&rsquo;s first professional contract with the Lilywhites.<br /><br />The winger represented Ballyhaunis Community School team, Lough Harps and Malahide FC before linking up with Dundalk U19s.<br /><br />Ubaezuonu netted his first goal as a professional in last week&rsquo;s 4-2 win over St. Patrick&rsquo;s CY in the Leinster Senior Cup.<br /><br />Born in South Africa, the teenager is eligible to represent the national teams of South Africa, Republic of Ireland and Nigeria.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br /><br />Photo Credit : dundalkfc.com<br />
