Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag promoted Flying Eagles-eligible player Maxi Oyedele to first team training ahead of his side's Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur in London.
The Manchester-born defensive midfielder was spotted training with Manchester United's first team stars during Monday's workout at Carrington as they geared up for the trip to the English capital.
Apart from Oyedele, other academy stars such as Marc Jurado, Willy Kambwala and Isak Hansen-Aarøen, also trained with the first team yesterday.
The Poland U19 international was a surprise inclusion in Manchester United's matchday squad for the Premier League 2 meeting with Brighton & Hove last Friday, April 21 but was a non-playing substitute.
The following day, Oyedele was left out of Altrincham's matchday squad against Torquay United in the National League.
The 18-year-old trained alongside Manchester United first team players Harry Maguire, Wout Weghorst, Anthony Elanga, Marcel Sabitzer and Tyrell Malacia during Monday's workout.
Oyedele has impressed at loan club Altrincham, scoring four goals in twelve games in the National League, and he is in the running for the club's Goal of the Season award.
