With a statement published on their official website, English Premier League side Crystal Palace have announced that Nigerian defender Tariq Ossai has been offered a scholarship ahead of next season.<br /><br />Ossai was one of the sixteen players in the ranks of The Eagles that signed new scholarships, having appeared for the academy side during the 2015-16 season. <br /><br />The teenager is a defensive all-rounder as he can play different roles in defense including right fullback, left fullback and center back. <br /><br />Tariq Ossai was named Man of the Match on December 5, 2015 as Crystal Palace U18s beat Ipswich Town 1-0 in the U18 Professional Development League 2.<br /><br />He will play for the U18 team of the Londoners next term.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel&nbsp; <br /><br />Photo Credit : offthepostnews.co.uk<br />
