NFF Awards : Villarreal, Al Nassr, Enugu Rangers React To Their Players Scooping Awards
Published: April 02, 2019After the AITEO/NFF gala awards yesterday evening, football clubs have taken to social media to laud the achievements of their own following the turn out of the prestigious event.
Musa's club, Al Nassr congratulated the feat with a write-up on their twitter handle thus,
"Congratulations for our player @Ahmedmusa718 for winning 2 @aiteonffawards awards: best Nigerian player of the year and best goal for his second goal vs Iceland at the FIFA World Cup 2018.", the club wrote.
Spanish La liga club, Villarreal also congratulated their skillful winger, Samuel Chukwueze who won the Young Player of the Year in the Male category, tweeting,
"Congratulations @chukwueze_8, named @thenff Young Player of the Year! 🇳."
NPFL side, Rangers also noted the achievement of their manager, Gbenga Ogunbote who won the Coach of the Year Award last night on their twitter handle thus,
"Our technical adviser, Coach Olugbenga Ogunbote is the AITEO/NFF coach of the year award winner for the year 2018 beating Gernot Rohr and Solomon Ogbeide to the award which took place in Lagos, Monday night. #NeverSayDie."
